Ekayy I’ve got to correct u brother, I’ve been watching some of ur vids to see what u post, but I saw that the way u block ur hook is correct, but I wouldn’t recommend it, because u lift ur elbow towards the sky when blocking a hook this can be a bad thing when the hook is a sort of feint, where it seems you punch to the head but it actually lands on ur lower body, other way around same thing. So instead just lift up your arm keeping ur elbows protecting your lower body.
