Ive just heard that a study found that fat consumed doesnt enter youre fat tissue, so its impossible to become fat if you eat nothing but fat. Eat some muscle meat also so that its sustainable and you get zerocarb/carnivore.

Its mindboggling that it was so simple all along but fifty years went by and it still didnt caught up. Some people mustve spent a lot of money trying to convince the public to eat their cereal etc.

On month 8 of a high protein/low carb diet. It's like a miracle for your health.

Joseph, are you ever going to make a newer video on obesity and body fat? There's a lot that your older videos don't cover. Such as Protein, and different fatty acids such as how saturated stearic acid made people lean while polyunsaturated linoleic acid makes people overfat.

Thank you for this channel. It's one of the few sources of straight forward and digestible knowledge I have in my busy schedule.

I have learned to ignore my hunger these days. I know eating food with high carb makes me extremely hungry so. So I drink water and the hunger goes away sometimes. The only way I am truly is if I get headaches and feel weak.

Proteine requires calories to process and saturates hunger more than carbs, it also slows down carb digestion and lowers bloodsugar when combined with carbs. Then it keeps muscle mass which also burns off more calories throughout the day. Makes sense

This makes a lot of sense bcz if u look at korean diet before Japanese colonization, the western missionaries recorded the INSANE amount of consumption of rice and other non protein foods. Koreans didnt have much lands to grow animals and they needed the lands to grow rice to sustain the population. Now we see the huge increase in generational height changes in korean population after adding more protein to our diet.

I hate how my culture prioritizes rice over everything else as if we are going to die without it

Dude I grew up vegetarian and was always chunky even though I played sports year round… my biggest regret is spending my childhood and adolescence eating that way

I’m currently working on losing weight again after having a baby so maybe I’ll try this out. Eating once a day like I normally do won’t work out when I’m trying to breastfeed lol

I’ve found, personally, that it needs to be protein from a whole food source. Protein added foods still make me just as hungry as low protein foods

This is not controversial in the slightest, but unfortunately the public perception is still lagging on this matter thanks to the USA's War on Fat. Eat diversly, but do cut back on the carbs and introduce more protein and quality fats into your diet. Modern dietary recommendations (at least the latest Nordic ones) are pretty solid.

This is a huge part of the secret to staying lean without a whole lot of effort. More protein than most guidelines recommend.

There are also other studies showing that the more protein people eat, the higher percentage of them gets cancer. There was something called Chinese study that might be interesting for every high protein diets fan

Liked your video. Agree with another about mentioning how important fats are also. Keep sharing. And thank you very much!
