A semantics point: NO "HABIT" IS GOOD. A habit is something you do unconsciously, on "auto-pilot" ---> this is NEVER GOOD, as you are not present, in the moment with what is happening, you're not truly experiencing life as you're living it. INSTEAD you should develop PRACTICES, these are the things you consciously set out to do and remain present while doing them in the moment each and everyday.
