Family in search of a heart for a renewed start

The Wilkinson family has been through a lot since Husband Michael suffered his first heart attack and that is where more struggles began.

Originally the doctors told him they would operate on his heart.

However, after further testing, they recommended that he is in serious need of a heart transplant due to fluid surrounding his heart.

Doctors told him that to operate with minimal amounts of complications, he would need to lose weight.

Without an active donor available, he'll continue to wait, but still, many things have to happen before he gets a new heart.
