Great videos, man !! I wish they had been around when I first started my IT career. I had just left school and had no idea what to expect. It was a nightmare for the first 2 years as I knew very little and users made the job very stressful with their demands and pressure to find an immediate solution. I have to say that the school system is a mess and does not prepare young IT people properly for such jobs. Thank you for all you've done, it's really appreciated.

I’ve been in help desk for two years and I still need some of this. My company made us escalate anything so I never had to do a lot of this. Btw why did you do all of that and then write “user was mistyping password” when that wasn’t the issue 😂

Hi and thank you so much for these videos. I graduated with an AAS in IT Computer Networking recently, have an active Microsoft Azure Administrator certification, and just got my first job as a help desk technician!!! When lapotp does not turn ON Always check if there is any lights around the laptop if so, it may indicate and give you the error code. Next try > unplug all USB devices > press and hold power button for 1 min > wait few seconds > press power button ON. Sometimes laptop is running but the dysplay stays black. The another thing is to check if there is any noise coming from the laptop. Also try move the display up and down. If the battery is removable you can try take it out. It is worth the check if the laptop is connected to any docking station that may by faulty or it just needs restart.. ...YOu are welcome 😁😁👌👌

Subscribed. Brilliant videos. These really helped me during interviews but also on increasing my general knowledge sometimes on simple things. I like how to relate it to real world office situations. Hope to see some 3rd line more advanced videos too. Thank you and all the best.

Just had a doubt in my mind in terms of sharing screen. If user can't login to his/her system how can they be able to share screen😢. Well this could be a stupid question but I saw you in the start of the video you have said so😊

Nice stuff. Suggestion: while job searching i come across alot of jobs that requires MS 365 experince or ServiceNow experience, ITIL and CRM experience, can you do some tutorials on how to troubleshoot the basic MS 365 issues or maybe a lab that we can do to simulate the use of ServiceNow and get CRM exp???
