The Korean War

Korea was divided into two parts North Korea and South Korea at the end of World War 2 in 1945. North Korea was under the control of USSR and South Korea was influenced by the United States. The Korean War was a war between North Korea and South Korea. It began on 25 June 1950 when North Korea invaded South Korea. This war was ended in July 1953.
