Spiritually agar dekha jae to vomiting and acidity ye sab hoti hai to release all the disturbances inside, it can be due to any emotional problem or mental or physical. So try to meditate daily, may be it will help.

Ganne ka juice coconut water daily peeke dekhiye it is very good for acidity ma'am. Don't drink coffee and tea plz.

Acidity Mai tea, coffee nahi Pina chahiyai .jeera powder ya jeera ko boil karkai uska pani peena Acidity Kai liyai ache rehta.

Always sleep mostly on the left side, especially when going through an acid reflux bout. Eat earlier at night. Too much or wrong meds can also create acid reflux. Good Luck with your health!

So true about health... Getting a good doctor(willing to dig to the problem) and having problem solved is like a task these days...some doctors will sit idle rather than investigate the causes etc and donno why the very first thing they put it out is its physological problem... Ok it is common...but it should after or simultaneously ruling out each possible causes...

Mild acid refulx is common after a certain age. Specially if we eat certain kinds of food after evening. Having n early dinner and daily walks after dinner help a lot

You can have yogurt/curd everyday..It is probiotic which is good for gut...
Can have papaya...
Instead of coffee and milk tea you can have black tea..Also take Psyllium Husk with water in empty stomach.

Get yourself checked for GERD. The symptoms are similar. I went through the same in Jan this year. It took me 6-8 months to get over it. It also makes you anxious because so many different sensations you feel due to acid refluxes, even palpitations. I will not give you any suggestions but start with avoiding eating outside no matter what. Start with basic, soak some black raisins overnight and eat it in the morning empty stomach, boil a tablespoon of jeera in water and drink in the morning. Before you sleep, boil some half teaspoon of turmeric in water and drink, it reduces inflammation in the body. We ignore things available at our disposal and choose medications. Home remedies will help you a lot.
