If the sinks are in a partitioned area from the toilets & urinals, I don't see a real problem with privacy here.
Edit: Notice the men not acknowledging the female presence on the other side of the mirrors. didn't want to be a part of click-bait male bashing, seeing her with the phone up, recording.
