I cried watching this movie, it explains my whole 10yrs of marriage, I will cook, clean, wash, take care of the children and still go to work contributing more than 50% of the income in the house and yet, I was treated like a piece of shit from the man I called husband, beaten at the slightest provocation, my inlaws(all women) were not left out, they supported their brother even when he did so wrong....I finally had enough when my BP was so high I was bleeding from the nose.its been 3yrs since my divorce and I must confess, life has been amazing..women should learn to take out time to fill their cups because you can't pour from an empty

God bless my cute hubby for always helping out, when our kids were little, he would brush their teeth, bath, cloth them and take them to school, most times he washed their clothes and mine, at night he will wake when the baby is crying and try to cuddle them back to sleep before I will take over, he was never selfish, even now they are grown he never takes his eyes off them, may God bless him, Keep him alive and healthy for us 🙏

This movie made me to cry a lot because this is just me. I got married and from the first pregnancy to my fourth and last child I have no help, right from the hospital bed immediately after delivery is where my stress starts because my parents are late including my mother in-law so no one to do omugwu for me in fact I single handedly took care of myself and my new borns until now that they are of age a little, and have stayed alone with no help at home. I will work and work and work yet my husband will be calling me lazy on top of it. He doesn't raise a finger in assisting me or to even get me a help and he is against getting a house help. Infact it's been hell but I thank God who is my strength and helper . This is over 10 years now and my kids have become my helpmates, I feel a little relieved. Uju is lucky to have an amazing mother in-law . I pray that God opens the eyes of some of this men to realize that their wives are humans and need all the love and support from them because this can be so frustrating . Nice movie and kudos to you guys ❤️❤️🥰

This is a good movie. Her husband didn't realise her struggles but he eventually learnt. Too many Nollywood movies feature men who can't stay faithful to their wives and blame either alcohol or the devil. This husband however remained faithful, despite the temptation from a woman who should’ve known better. Beautiful to see a man that stayed strong to his family and wife, rather than weak to the flesh and lust.
