Was sitting on my couch with blanket over me about 2:30AM watching YouTube & I felt something on my upper thigh I went to shove it off, jumped up, immediately used my phone flashlight, saw nothin on my leg, then checked the couch & sure enough there was a freaking house centipede one of these dudes!! Well, the moment I flashed the bright flash light on it… IT STOOD IT FLIPPIN STOOD ALL THE WAY STRAIGHT UP AND BEGAN SWAYING AS IF IT WAS GUNNA LUNGE AT ME IT STOOD UP!!!

It doesn’t help that they have the ability to move at light speed. These things can run across a whole room in like .1 seconds. My basement is filled with these. I don’t get many other bugs, and they stay in the basement

Bro in my country they are seen as insect which will get inside people's ear and eat their brains lmao. In some part of my country they think this insect also attracts lightning and must be killed otherwise lightning can strike the place it is hiding.

I fucking hate them because we always get them jn the summer...i dont kill them but i do shoot nerf darts at it to get it moving off my wall in the open... my 4 year old son thinks they're cute and his friend...so now i really can't kill them.

One of those gave me 2 heart attacks at the same time so maybe that's why I survived, but then after some research I found out that they're harmless so it's just a normal scare from now on, but don't forget that there are lots of dangerous centipedes
