The samsung pay is puzzling because they don't tell you the order of how it will work. When I look around my PayPal account, I notice there is a preferred way setting for "In-store purchases." So idk what the order is set to.

It could be this, PayPal Balance, -> In-Store preferred purchase -> auto pay top.
Or it could be this, PayPal Balance -> auto pay top (not even looking at the "in-store purchase"

I thought I could use PayPal to draw from the virtual cards in Samsung Pass....but I guess this isn't the case...it's just to be able to use PP in samsung pass wherever samsung pass is accepted. I think that's how that's supposed to work. Doesn't make much sense though when you can just use paypal if you feel like it.

How can I use PayPal with Samsung pay with my default credit card? I don't want to set up with my bank debit card. I want to be able to use PayPay with Samsung pay like I use Chase Pay with Samsung Pay. Please advise.
