In this video, I take you through a week of my meals following the slimming world diet. I lost 5.5 pounds on my first week and another 2 pounds on the second so overall super pleased with my weight loss so far. As always my recipes are inspired by the mediterranean diet but please remember everyone's definition of healthy is different and this is what I like to eat to lose weight and feel good 💕

Breakfast wrap 🍳
2 eggs
3 mushrooms
Small bunch of chives
45g feta
1 WW wrap
Souvlaki 🍢
1 pack chicken thigh fillets
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp zaatar
2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Roasted Red pepper soup 🌶️
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
3 peppers
1 can butter beans
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tsp basil
1-1.5 L water
1 stock cube
Salt and pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp pesto
Cottage cheese pancakes 🥞
40g oats
2 eggs
1 banana
2 heaped tbsp cottage cheese
