Ingredients to make Poha Chivda
Poha - 3 cups
Peanuts - 1/2 cup
Almonds, Cashews, Raisins - 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves, Green Chillies
Salt

Method to make Poha Chivda
1. Dry roast poha.
2. Fry all the nuts in oil.
3. Fry cumin and turmeric powder, and add curry leaves and green chilies.
4. With this mix all fried nuts, poha, and salt.
5. Serve it with Tea.
