I think it's fair to say I'm not the best when it comes to clothes shopping! I'm on my way to my Spanish class today and in the afternoon I head into Cardiff City Centre and attempt to do a bit of clothes shopping for tee-shirts.

Hi Imo, I wrote about B12 before and the B12 spray at Holland and Barrett. I thought this extra info might help as I didnt mention it before. The spray is meant to be held under the tongue for half a minute or more as B12 absorbs much better through the mouth than it does the stomach. It can be used by people who have difficulty in absorbing B12 through food and by those who need B12 jabs. So the spray is much better than the tablets.
I dont take the full 4 squirts a day as I worked out I can do with a little less. Using the spray raised my B12 levels to about 600 picograms a millitre of blood which is the safe European level. The UK level is set far too low, and if you get tested by the doc he will tell you that your levels are good at 200 or less, but this will make you ill in some way. B12 deficiency affects skin, hair, nails, toungue and can make you very tired. It has to be caught early or it can cause scarring as B12 is used to repair the body and is used in all its energyu transfer biochemical reactions.

Fantastic vlog out and about Cardiff. 7:05 and 9:10 the Dutch was in Cardiff for the Wales VS Netherlands for the football. Retro games 7:35 like NQ64 without the food and drinks, the keyboard is Acorn BBC Micro. The Coat 8:35 looks like is been used for paint DIY. Thank you Imo.
