Definitely agree doesn't taste like KFC chicken. They are ok at best. Here in Newfoundland we can get a flavor called roast chicken and they are basically a lesser version of them. Great review!

Don't think we have these chips in the USA yet, but what you said does not surprise me. Chips that try to taste like food usually do not! That is what I found out. Like when Pringles tried to do the Wendy's Baconator. That did NOT work. They should stick to the flavors that they are best at! I am sure you will be finding chips all over the house for a long time. You are still finding chili on the floor...LOL! Oh my! Good review my friend. Have a good night!

I like that you went through the effort to compare them to actual KFC. I just tried them myself and I agree, nothing like KFC, very bland and plain. I described it as a watered-down BBQ chip.

everyone is saying that chip companies shouldnt try emulating other foods. but when it boils down to it, these are usually done as temporary cross promotions. so whether the chips suck or not, people will still try them and buy them in the short term. thats what the chips companies are banking on. people will try them and forget about them, then rinse and repeat with a different brand.

I found these chips taste more like the roast chicken chips, that Atlantic Canada has. They don’t really taste like KFC, but they are still tasty.

I noticed these in the background the other day uh Just and interesting product offering here… we don’t get Ruffles down here in Aus anymore but used to when I was a whipper snapper and they were great!!

To me they kinda resemble the gravy but they don’t remind me at all of the chicken seasoning. Just a strange chip😂

to me they tasted a lot like the all dressed chips but with a slight chicken bullion taste to it

All they should have done was get seasoning from KFC to put on these chips. I created my own a while back with Marion Kay 99 seasoning which is a duplicate of KFC seasoning. Some how the company that makes it cracked the KFC seasoning code.
