Missing halloween Theory(read desc)

She went missing after “last Halloween, ” and died at that tree due to the trap catching her leg. The next Halloween, her ghost goes to him to eventually lead him back to her now decaying body, which was still holding that candy wrapper that she received from him.

The girl was not a imagery friend but instead a soul or ghost that needed a friend to help the police discover her body.

I think on “last Halloween” he found her and wanted to be friends. when he went home she went exploring into the woods but got caught as shown when they do a close up on her body, there is a closed bear trap right next to her. Also, when they are searching for the boy the stick gets caught in a trap but in the background you can see a pale on the floor.
So to sum it up
They became friends, she went into the woods got hurt laid against the tree and died. the present Halloween she came to him they went trick-or-treating and went on a hill to eat their candy but for some reason she kept looking at the forest. they then went to his mom where He grabbed a paper that said he was diagnosed with “imaginary friend” (I don’t know how that’s bad). He was confused So he ran away and she decided to show him where Her body was so that she could have a proper burial and be found instead of missing before she left earth for good. And the reason she had the you found me note when she was dead was a bad omen that she would die and that she would be found by her only friend.

I think it’s possible when he was running into the forest to case after the girl, the girl was leading him to her body so she could possibly be discovered by the police? He probably sees her as a normal girl but maybe the reason for her to show up in his brain because she had died and needed help for her to be discovered

This is the explanation:
(in the video appears 2 halloweens, the first whem the little boy wears a dracula costume, and the second, when he wears a mask and police find the body)

In the first halloween the two kids meet. When he sits next to the girl she was so scared, because he can see her, and nobody else can. And we know that she was dead, because in her left leg she has the trap sorrow. And when he sees that in her bowl wasn't anything she says like "idk" like trying not to explain him for don't scare him and lose the opportunity of being found, because only him can see her.

In the second halloween when the boy goes out to meet his friend his mother was like "who's he talking with?" because of that she takes a photo to show to the doctor (maybe him tells his parents about the girl, and for other bahaviors the parents suspected that he has imaginary friends)

Continuing in the second halloween, the girl was serious all the time because she was determinated to be found, it was her mission. When the boy fell of in the other children, he tells them about his friend, but they say like "ur crazy, stupid" he felts bad and the girl gets mad

In the next clip we can see that when he says the neighboors to give the girl candys they don't give her any, because they don't see her. And when they go to the end of the road, they go to the hill, but he runs down, because of that the girl looks to the fence before follow her friend.

Then in his house, when he discover that his parents think that his frind was imaginary he tryes to explain they she was there, as we can see, because he points her in both ways; and he runs, so mad, or sad.. knowing by the photo, that se wasn't real, or visible.

Again in the hill, he touches her face to confirm that for him she's real, but then she goes trought the fence, the boy doesn't want to enter, because of the danger warning, but when her enters he runs behind his friend, avoiding the lot of traps.

Then, in the tree, the girl gives him a candy. The boy's one with the message "I found you" (the girl), and her candy says "You found me", refering to the boy; yes, the same message she has all the times she ate a candy.

The desesperate parents call the police to search the boy, avoiding the traps, and the mom crying.
They found him, or them. The tree was rounded by the triple of traps than the rest of the field, there was the boy, happily asleep, and...her.

She was dead, and being eaten by worms and flies. The police searchs in a missing kids book meanwhile the peolpe were in shock. There she was, a happy girl, with a frankstein halloween costume, last seen in home with her family.

As this video says, her leg was in a closed bear trap, in her hands still, the worn out message that says "You found me". You, police. You, family. You, my friend. My savior.

And the video ends.

So, we can say, in all the video the girl was dead. She probably died in the first halloween before they meet; or in the halloween before of that.

She wents out of house to celebrate halloween, she wents to the hill, and for any reason, enters the fence. Maybe a bear chased her, but she ends int hole around the tree. She avoids a lot of traps, all the traps, except the one next to the tree.She screams and suffer. Her leg was in a bear trap, she can't walk to ask for help. She was bleeding and losing energy. She was going to die soon, she knows it. The only food she had was her last halloween candy. Her last candy. Her last meal. With her lasts energies she ate it, and with the message in hands, she die.

Her soul couldn't rest until people found her body, so she becomes a ghost, searching someone who can help her. It was the little boy, they meet in the first halloweeen, and all the story above happens. When the cops were searching the boy she knows it, and then, finally, she could rest pacefully; knowing that her family would finish their waiting.

Poor boy, he losts his friend. we don't know what happens after that. She comes to play with him after that? Will he see the corpse? Will he end traumatizad? Will anybody love him after that paranormal encounter? We don't know.

Pretty sure the timeline is:

First Halloween: boy was wearing the vampire or whatever costume and was feeling lonely until he met the girl. At that time she was still alive, and this was proven because she has more reactions like a human such as surprise and actual joy.

Between Halloween 1 and 2: the girl dies in the woods due to bear traps and draws her way to the tree while holding onto the wrapper. The wrapper would indicate that this happened either right after Halloween or the same day that she went home.

Halloween 2 (the main time we see): this Halloween he has the mask as a costume and was when the girl was either a ghostly image or merely just a mental issue leading him to her death place. We don’t know why since it could be because he was her only friend, she was wanting to rest peacefully, etc.

Another reason why she was dead was because the candy wrappers she got always said, "You found me" and at the end that us what the last wrapper she had is.

Let's say, the girl got her leg trapped by a bear trap and until she made it to the tree she sat down and died from either blood loss or starvation when she ran away from her home.

"A child is very lonely on Halloween. And the mom tried to consolidate him by giving him some candies. But then he runs out without the candies to meet his friend. They both go out during halloweens. One time when his parents wasn't there at home he had to sit and wait outside and the girl sat along with him and he shared his candy with her. The candies had texts inside the wrapping cover. His was "forget about the dentist" and her was "you found me".
They go out on halloweens and he play fights with her and bumps into some kids. His friend tries to approach to play but they ignore her.
They go on trick or treating and she never laughs and have a sad face so no one gives her candies while his bag is filled. He still shares his candies with her. Then she looks at a forest nearby, while they are chilling on a mountain, sadly observing everyone else having fun, and she gets intrigued by the forest.
Her candy still read "you found me".

Then they walk back home. He sees doctor talking with his parents. He sees his diagnosis and it says "imaginary friend". That's when he realises that others cant see her. He then runs away to the mountain with her. She feels sad for him and decides to take him to her chilling spot in the forest. The forest is filled with traps. She disappears into the forest and he manoeuvres over the traps to reach her. And then they share a candy. His candy reads "I found u" and her reads "you found me".
There is a search party through the forest. They find the boy. And near him there is a dead body. It's rotten and it has a wrapper in its hand which reads "you found me". The police looks at his book and identifies her as a girl who went missing long time ago

The story ends.

The girl was a ghost and only he could see her. She had the same outfit every year. She was his only friend and she wanted to love and have fun. He was such a kind hearted boy. And she chose to be his friend. She wanted to take him to her body so that her body could be found out.

If you notice, the candies she ate all had the same message written... you found me. That means she never once actually ate the candy, it was just her ghost displaying the last hopeful cry she scribbled down before her death. The "I found you." Is the new message the boy writes, indicating he knows she is just a corpse, but still sees her as a close friend. The scene in the woods is supposed to parallel with the tragedy that killed the girl, hence why the last bear trap snaps on the boy but doesn't kill him.

I don't feel sad easily. But damn this hit like a bomb.
