This great! Thanks for this one! After many years of looking for ways to be fit as driver, Kettlebells have been the best all around tool for the job. In my experience there are some things to consider such as space for swings, squats and get-ups, sleeper height for snatches and presses and what is sustainable year round due to weather conditions and icy parking lots. Been a fan for a while, keep putting out the awesomeness!
