Great explation.. can u plz make video with chart and take atleast 2-3 example that will be more easy to understand.. I understand your concept but practicaly i am not able to do ..I mean I am confuse that at which time and what price i should enter for call or put. example- in strike 11900 PE is 55 and 12100 CE is 35 today and market open tomorrow and price can be 11900 PE- 70 and 12100 CE is 20 or opposite respectivly, So how we can decide that at which time and which price we should take entry?

Thanks for such a clear explanation. I have one doubt, if we buy CE option, one way to close is sell CE at same strike, 2nd way is let it expire only premium is lost. But, if the call become ITM on the day of expiry, & one will not able to close before 3.15pm, what will happen to those call.
If I open a CE sell at certain strike price, I guess one way to close position is buy CE at same strike, what happen on expiry for such call in ITM, ATM & OTM . On selling we received the premium & margin is blocked.

How to apply stop loss in option writing(sell).

Just one correction : payoff chart is wrong, for buying of option it should be v shape.
