Here’s a tip!!

So the first layer of icing you do you should freeze it’s called the crumb layer. You will spread it out from the top at a 45 degree angle until it tips over the sides, then do the same on the sides. Freeze it and work with the final layer the same way. You can then smooth it!

Hope this helps! It takes a few tries sometimes but this looked fantastic!
