V-tail much like the Beechcraft Bonanza. That known to be a bit tricky to fly.

I think the max on this Risen aircraft is around 192-195 knots. 355 Km/h is what the website says. But it also states this VNE IAS (TAS*) = 450km/h (tas* above 4150 mt AMSL VNE 450 km/h TAS will be the limit.

So the manufacturer states the limit never to exceed is 242.981 knots. So you could definitely hit it once. I think your best to keep it around 160-180 that rotax will have a long life. And that’s still a healthy speed to be moving.

Yes you can track it. On 6/19 it took off from Erie (QQE) at 8:04am and returned to Erie (QQE) at 8:55 am.
Edit: they didn’t go too far from airport. Circled a couple of ponds/lake and circled the airport a few times before landing. It departed to the north and the landed going north.

Erie outside boulder. On the 19th he flew it around the airport in a few circles and landed the only flew for about 40 minutes just type in the number on flightradar it's registered private owner

As someone who has survived a vtail crash in a bonanza. I can confirm it’s the worst tail design that’s still legal.
