Lord, Deliver Me From This Burden, Weight, and Fetters
Mighty God, King of Glory, and Deliverer of our souls, we stand before Your throne with boldness, declaring Your sovereignty. Your Word in Psalm 55 verse 22 says, “Cast your burdens upon the Lord, and He will sustain you.” Today, Lord, we cast every burden, weight, and fetter into Your hands.
We acknowledge that burdens take many forms, but You, Lord, are our burden bearer. As Matthew 11 verse 28 to 30 says, “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.” We lay down every weight You never intended for us to carry, declaring freedom from spiritual, emotional, and physical oppression.
Lord Jesus, You bore the ultimate burden of our sin on the cross. Isaiah 53 verse 4 to 5 declares, “Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows.” We repent of every sin and cancel every accusation and curse through the blood of Jesus. Romans 8 verse 1 reminds us, “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.” Every chain of guilt and shame is broken now in Jesus’ name!
Spirit of the Living God, descend like fire and consume every stronghold of fear, anxiety, and oppression. Your Word in 2 Timothy 1 verse 7 declares, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind.” We proclaim freedom and peace over our minds and hearts.
Isaiah 10 verse 27 says, “The yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” Father, let every yoke of poverty, sickness, failure, and bondage be broken now. We claim the liberty that Christ purchased for us. Psalm 34 verse 17 assures us, “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and delivers them from all their troubles.” Deliver us, Lord, from every oppressor and spiritual taskmaster.
We break every fetter holding our destiny captive. Psalm 107 verse 14 declares, “He brought them out of darkness and broke their chains in pieces.” Let every shackle of limitation, stagnation, and failure be destroyed by the power of the Holy Spirit. John 8 verse 36 affirms, “If the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.” We decree freedom from witchcraft, curses, and spiritual blindness.
Galatians 5 verse 1 exhorts, “Stand fast in the liberty by which Christ has made us free.” We reject every yoke of bondage and claim our victory. Generational burdens are broken by the blood of Jesus. Lamentations 5 verse 7 says, “Our fathers sinned, and we bear their iniquities,” but today, we declare an end to inherited curses.
Psalm 68 verse 19 proclaims, “Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up.” We thank You, Lord, for lifting every burden and sustaining us. Isaiah 40 verse 31 declares, “Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength.” We rise with renewed strength to fulfill our divine purpose.
Every burden and weight is lifted by the power of Jesus Christ. Every fetter is shattered by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. We declare freedom and reject fear, anxiety, and doubt. John 8 verse 36 reminds us, “If the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.” We walk in victory and divine alignment, hidden in Christ and beyond the enemy’s reach.
We seal this prayer with thanksgiving, laying every care at Your feet as 1 Peter 5 verse 7 says, “Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” Lord, You are our Deliverer, Strength, and Shield. May Your name be glorified forever as we walk in the freedom You have given us. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
