If you end up missing the hobonichi, I've seen people use the hobonichi weeks as an insert for their travelers notebook! Best of both worlds c:

How did you add these adorable patches on your TN? I have patches from Baum Kuchen that don’t have adhesive back .. I don’t want to sew them on my TN, but I am not sure what are my alternative option?
