Is The Kawasaki Z650RS The Perfect Retro?

During my life, I've had a Suzuki GSXR 600 k5, an Honda Hornet Cv600f, an MT07 and now this one in green only month ago. I stopped by a Kawasaki dealership recently and saw a 2023 Z650RS with gray and black plant. The bike is sharp and I really like it. The only ugly on the bike would be the exhaust system, what's wrong with chrome down pipes and a better looking muffler?
If I were to buy one I'd be changing the gearing to make it more highway suitable. I live in the states and many of our highways have a 70 mph speed limit. From the U-Tube videos I've watched the Z650RS revs about 5500 rpms at 70 mph. I found a 42 tooth rear spocket which would help reduce the rpm from the OEM 46 tooth rear spocker but I don't know how much. I'd love to know how much of a rpm drop that would be at 60 mph.
I'd also but a fly screen for it, I wouldn't want to ruin the good looks of the bike with a full size windshield. And if I could find a rear luggage rack so i could mount a top truink would be ideal to carry our rain suits nad jackets.
Well that's what I would do If I owned a Kawasaki Z650RS. I just love the looks of the bike, but again I'd have to lower the rpm's to make it more highway usuable.

How did you get rid of the mirror mounts that are attached to the handle bar pieces?

The bike is cool, the main issue for me is the ugly exhaust set up that doesn't look right on the bike.
