Can a bass amp be small and portable and sound OK? Could the Caline Scuru S8B can achieve that?

Welcome back to the wetter bass!

Portable amps are a great idea, but would I recommend this new Caline Scuru. S8B? Well... just watch and see.

Enjoy the video! Also, it would be wonderful if you could LIKE and SUBSCRIBE! ❤️

Caline Lorcan is what I use to cart around because its small enough to fit in a little bag or the gig bag. The controls look the same, but not the best to use as a pre-amp at above 60% master volume. But I have no regrets with the mighty little Caline Lorcan. Yes its loud enough for a mellow jam in a livingroom too.
You made a vid of the Caline Lorcan, and thanks to your review thats what I needed to make the choice to buy one. Its also so very convinient to power three additional pedals. The battery life is pretty good too.

It doesn't seem loud enough for busking outside on that initial comparison. A good trolley helps - use your existing 1x12 with a motorcycle battery and a 12v PA amp (non chinese, get an older transistor amp) and away you go. I busk with a Darkglass DG112N cab. No replacement for displacement, especially on batteries
That 2x6.5" cab you have sounds nice, but would it go loud on 20w?
