Have you ever tried cannelés de Bordeaux? If you've never had a cannelé, you're missing out
This typical pastry from France, having a crispy exterior when freshly cooked, and will become a chewy caramelized shell with a soft rubbery custard texture on the inside. It's divine... tasty and easy to make. The only specificity of this recipe, results in the mould, typical to the shape of this pastry.
Originally, the copper mould is recommended but, like me, you can very well make this recipe with silicone moulds
