I remember when SoHo was a dump and people said don’t go south of Houston Street because it’s dangerous and full of bums! How time changes. Someone made a huge profit off this property which was once considered in a “bad” part of town.

I've heard before there's roughly 100, 000 apartments just sitting empty New York. They're empty because landlords refuse to rent them out because they want to make apartments more in demand.

This is truly nice and in SOHo Lovely and great energy! Didn’t catch much of showing the kitchen though. Loved the roof top and cozy fireplace. Truly nice! ♥️🌴
