We've had Xfinity Mobile since they began offering it and it's had some minor hiccups, but they've all been resolved to our satisfaction. I would have to admit that their Customer Service over-relies on voice prompts. Which are frustrating and circular. We live in a rural area as well. Saves us a lot of $$$ too👍🏽

Xfinity mobile is the absolute worst service I ever had. I’ve had just about every service here in Maryland and Xfinity is the worst. Service is slow and whenever me or one of the other 3 people on my plan left Maryland we didn’t have service (even in Washington). The customer service is so bad you have to mentally prepare yourself to deal with the incompetent representatives. If you are thinking about switching to Xfinity mobile DON’T DO IT!!! YOU WILL REGRET
