Mango Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

►INGREDIENTS:
2 large mangoes peeled & sliced
2 cups milk I use unsweetened almond milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup chia seeds
►DIRECTIONS:
1. In a blender or food processor, add mango and 1 cup milk, process until puree forms.
2. Transfer mango puree into a large bowl along with remaining 1 cup milk, maple syrup and chia seeds.
3. Stir well with a spoon or fork, let sit for 10 minutes and stir again.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
5. When ready to eat, give a stir, add more chopped mango and top with coconut flakes, if you wish. Enjoy cold.
