This is a case of freedom of speech. This man has a right to fly any flag he pleases on his own property. The Anti-Defamation League spokesman is completely wrong. It is irrelevant what the reason he has to fly his flag. It is a sad state of affairs when people try to deny their fellow citizen’s Constitutional rights because they disagree. I will personally contact legal representation to sue the State if this man’s rights are violated. Further, people will be held criminally liable and Ch4 may be liable if any harm occurs as a result of reporting personal information.

What a person does on their own time is there own business if a person wants to fly a flag that's their right protected under the Constitution of the United States of America it's called the First Amendment technically you're not supposed to fly the Confederate flag with the American flag

I don't understand why anyone would fly that flag. It's a battle flag of the Virginia Confederate Army that was carried into battle against our Republic.
Claiming it's part of your heritage is their way of saying they are racist.

Since this was flown on private property and not public I don't think the property owners should be asked to take it down. Let them fly the flag of traitors and racist on their property so we know who they are in our community.
