I like small displacement ADV bikes so I'm the polar opposite of the R18 target market, but I must admit that it looks awesome. Credit is due to the audacious who take a design to the maximum limit... and just a bit farther. The R18 puts the loco in locomotive.

That's a BIG boxer!

Kudos for finally making a proper marketing video. No lame lifestyle marketing with rakish views of modern architecture, hipsters telling us how they think we should feel about the bike, with brief low light glimpses of the bike as if you're ashamed of it. You showed us closeup views of the R18 from multiple angles as it's being ridden. You simply showed us people enjoying the new bike in its native environment. I hope this will be the example for all future BMW marketing.

Harley Davidson makes a "BMW" in the form of an adventure bike. BMW makes a "Harley" in the form of this one. What a great time to be alive. 😂

WoW !!! I ditched my Harley because the ride was so rough and the tech so dated and because I rode a new one and it was in no way better than my nine year old one. Enough is enough, every year with higher prices and shinier paint, it was getting to be an insult, so I bought a GSA it just rode so well and had useful tech, weird to go from one to the other but many of us do. If these new cruisers have decent rear suspension travel then I’m in . . . the GSA is so good though.
