I have a question regarding the above example. On the white board you have written; mortgage, line of credit, BOA and AMEX as debt. Above that there’s a cost for “Expenses” of $7587.00. My question; Is does the monthly payout of the loan debt included in the total expense amount, or are the expenses in addition to the monthly loan payments owed? Thx you, Robert

Hi Christy. I am having trouble finding a bank that offers a HLOC or a LOC. Is there an avenue that I can use to do velocity banking?

Christy, if I get paid bi weekly, do I put them towards the PLOC AS the checks come in, or am I waiting until I have both checks and putting them in together? Does it matter? And obviously I’m waiting until both are posted before paying expenses?

If you make a credit card payment that large a couple of months in a row, that credit card company will raise your credit limit as well. That gives you more to use in an emergency.

Do you utilize this method one card at a time. Putting all income towards a card and using that particular card for expenses until it’s paid off and move to the next one?

The only thing that can satisfy a monthly payment is to pay it and that is an expense. It does not reduce the principal amount owing nor does it increase the amount available to respend.

My mortgage, car, utilities, etc dont allow me to pay with a credit card. Very few reoccurring bills do nowadays. So doesnt work as well in reality.
