NOLTY A5 [9690] Weekly Vertical Planner Review

I planner hoped - and I don't regret it!

In this video I'll review the NOLTY 9690 A5 Weekly Graph Memo planner. What attracted to me most about this planner, which is under $30 was it's open flexible layout, loads of extra notes paper and the buttery smooth paper. It's definitely worth checking out! I don't have a link to share but I purchased this on Jet Pens.

I currently use the Moleskine Horizontal weekly with memo for work and it works well. I use the daily boxes for tasks to complete and the memo page for meeting notes. But sometimes I need more space or have to mark priority tasks a different way.

The two boxes at the top and the larger Freeform memo area is much more usable to me. I can use one box for meeting times, one box for priority tasks, and the rest for notes and other tasks. I’ll definitely be picking it up for 2025.

I should also say I’m a fountain pen user primarily so I’m always looking for great paper. Somehow I got a good batch of Moleskine paper that has worked really well with my fountain pens this past year.

I appreciate simplicity no fuss no muss planners. I’m adding this to my 2025 consideration. I like that it’s a plain binding since it comes with a cover. The covers are so expensive after paying more for the artwork of the binding for other planners that you don’t get to see . This makes more sense !

Beautiful looking planner. The layout and paper quality seems so good the only con is the color of the paper, it would look so much better in white.

I agree that the paper is smooth and slightly thicker than the 52 gsm TRP/Sanzen paper.
What are you using it for? I noticed that you already have a TN size SI planner?
