Tenho um problema com o meu XVR 4.0 a imagem saí com uma cor lilás e com barras na tela do monitor. Já substitui o cabo e a TV alguma ajuda?

I honestly hate this video security system. The disappointing faults that I get on both Live and Playback videos. In Live video, cars people, etc., freeze, zip ahead and or float which is impossible to know what speed cars are going. They appear on one corner of the screen and then disappear, only to appear at the other end of the screen. Transition is never smooth flow. The Live video freezes and lags a lot. And on its mobile app, gDMSS Plus, it's the same thing. When an event is triggered, a notification from the NVR reaches the mobile phone, I open it to check on the event... And it takes ages to load the video to see what triggered it. Most cameras load the video quickly but one camera... either you see the video or you don't. Whatever I did, it's impossible to do better. The system is rubbish and I will make a video to post it on YT. I also have a Hikvision NVR with two camera, which is better than Dahua in video flow on both Live and Playback. The only problem with it is the system sends too many Illegal logins to the phone and I am really pissy about it because of the number of Illegal login I receive, mostly at night, starting from 7 pm right through 2 am in the night. Sometimes up to 20 Illegal logins, driving me nuts. These two systems are not exactly what YouTube uploaders have been saying, that they're this and that, blah blah blah, lies and all. Trust me. You will spend your money and you will lose your hair in trying to get them working right and then more problems will be on the way, such as support is nil from the companies, especially Hikvision, it's all question and answers (You find the question that is relevant to you and a row of answers appear for you to read). But the problems are... none of the answers meet your expectation. You may want to try on YouTube by asking the uploaders questions and hope you receive the right answer. Mostly, they can't be bothered with it. They only upload these videos so that they get Likes and Subscribes, etc. Not only that but the comments are difficult too, for giving the right answers.
