You can also start a chain of bullet bills and drag them across the screen as you go down and around the 4 guys throwing rocks, then use the bullet bills to bounce up to that last alcove and wall jump to get the last coin. Its a little tricky but I was able to pull it off because i lost my spin cap right before this part and got upset, so i found my own way up :D

There is a slightly easier way. Finish the level with the 1st two coins and save your game. Then on next walk through make it to the mid way and exit the level. Then you can try for the 3rd star with the helicopter. This way you only have to make it through the 2nd half without getting hit and if you lose the helicopter cancel out of the level before you die and try again, you will still have your original helicopter!

you can get the 3rd star coin by freezing a high flying bullet bill - you may have to go back and entice at least 2 to follow you if you miss them the first time around - be quick!

u can get the third coin by traveling amidst the bullets and hop them up to the alcove.

The third star coin is probably the hardest star coin to get in this level but I was actually able to get it without a propeller hat I bounced off one of the bullet bills lol.

its much easier if you beat the level first then go back with the spin cap this way if u lose it durring the level you can just exit the level and you will have your spin cap back.

I just got thru all the level collecting all the coins with mini mario he jumps higher so its possible to get it done all you need is the blue mushroom....thanks for the video

You DO NOT have to use the flying hat.. u can jump of the bullets at the end. but u will need to run back and forward to get them to show and follow them fast enough

This can be done with little man as well jump and shake the controller to get the last coin
Best to go half way and save the game as well
This has been one of the hardest coins to get so far I know there are harder ones to get but it took me awhile
Get half way and save the game and then use little man or flying remember little man will have to shake the controller and do the twist to get it but this seemed to be the the easiest way so far to get the last coin on this level just trying to help 😊

i also just used a blue flower to freeze the bullet bills and then hopped up to it. the propeller def makes it easier tho

I got so lucky I managed to get a star out of that randomized block so I could keep my propeller cap all the way to the end.

good tip, and it made more sense than the other comments of the same thing, but I am just not talented enough at the game for that. I hope I can get through with the propeller hat ! hahah =)

It doesn’t even matter here’s what you do

Complete the level
Use a propeller hat then enter the level
That way when untouchable take a hit you can start over using a propeller hat

I used a mini mushroom solo by sprint jumping from the furthest left platform then double wall jumping
