Thank you to our community for attending our Ontario Public Library Week Celebration Event this year!
The event provided us with a chance to celebrate a landmark year for RHPL: 2017 marked our 165th year in Richmond Hill! It's been 165 years since the establishment of the Richmond Hill Library Association back in 1852, and we've been proud to serve our community ever since.
All throughout the evening, our festivities showcased some of the best elements of our Library, bringing together the old and the new as we honoured our past and looked forward to our future.
Highlights: RHPL 165th Anniversary Celebrations • Local Author Book Fair (ft. 25+ local authors!) • Artist in Residence Showcase • Live Music • Robotics Demos • Children's Activities & Crafts
