Jeff I’ve been using iPhone since 2008, watched a lot of tutorial videos, never saw anyone, no one, go through general to shut down my phone or iPad. You de nan Jeff 🙏🏼🙏🏼 It’s literally faster than using the side buttons.

i found my old iphone and dont remember the password/passocde, i tried the recovery thing in itunes app with my computer but now its stuck in the recovery mode and it says error occurred (11) when i try to resore the factory settings, do you know what i can do to get my phone back????

My iPhone touch screen, I am notable to use the keypad. There’s no fix how do I get around this option when I need to punch a passcode in and it won’t allow me because my touchscreen does not work is not working.
