For Makers the support is useless and you can't install anything based on there guide. It seems like this has been a issue for a month. I"m trying to get help from support chat and there just sending me in a run around.

3-4 years for medium level bugs? Why is that acceptable? And your comparison to the bugs ten years ago is moot. I've used SW since SW98, and there weren't as many bugs back then, in general. Was much more reliable.
