I’m kind of at a toss up between Beyond and light life but both are amazing. I like the Yves too but they’re not in the same league. Great story from your friend! I’ve got a pal Jimmy who has completely turned his life around as well jus through diet and now runs 5-10k races in his mid-60s (only started running at about 62)

didnt like the lightlife burger, tasted, well, odd.. their hot dogs r good however, i remeber yves burgers being ok, havent had them in years though

I don't eat burgers all that much just because I never really at them as a meat eater but I have gotten the Beyond Burger a few times recently at fast food places with friends and really I cant even tell the difference from what I remember meat burgers tasking like. I have not had the Lightlife or the Yves. Great video. lots of options for sure.
