How to bill a claim through Availty

Hi! Just wanted to know about the plain eligibility and benefits inquiry... For example I just wanted to check the coverage of the patient. May I know what happens after you submit the eligibility and benefits inquiry? Do you receive the benefit information in the Availity portal as well? (and how soon can you receive it?)

Although you have a price that your business charges despite the agreement with the insurance company do you put your price in that field or the agreed amount with the insurance company?

The only problem I got is when COB not equal charged amount, like keying secondary but when entering primary eob info, 9/10 this will never be equal due the payor only pay to the allowable amount and drop PR if any so how am I suppose to make primary paid amount equal charged ones?

What can I do to register a client if the insurance does not show up in the "payer" menu? I submit claims for one client who has "Health Partner" insurance through Availity but I have to enter all their info and mine every single time I have a claim to submit because I can't register the client.
