I know that this was posted years ago, but the honorable mention of Chaos Warp is misleading. It's main use is getting rid of enemy commanders, not some random creature. Yea, they might pull something big but generally getting rid of their commander until they can tutor it up again is worth it.

my favorite red artifact destruction for EDH has to be Vandablast which i side in and out, its a wipe for their artifacts leaving mine in tact. Not very useful against Mycosynth Lattics + Darksteel Forge + Hellkite Tyrant hate that combo with a bloody passion

Chaos warp is the only red card in the game that is an absolute MUST HAVE at a table full of brokenness. THIS CARD DISRUPTS ALMOST EVERY COMBO IN THE GAME. Sure it has a chance to roll over a fatty but what are you using it on, a sol ring? Every game come a point where people are going to start trying to win the game, when that happens and stuff starts hitting the fan whats the card you want in your hand more than warp.

ultimate red card "just for fun" in commander is Scrambleverse...randomize everything but lands and it's an all out hilarious card for a 4 player match

In terms of sheer power: for a mostly-red deck with lots of high casting cost bombs (like Insurrection, or Dragonstorm, or Molten Primordial . . .), MANA GEYSER. Absolutely stunned to see Mana Geyser left off this list. People tap themselves out all the time in EDH and I see this thing generating triple to quadruple its casting cost regularly. Play it right before dropping a Wheel of Fortune, copy it with Fork . . . its truly disgusting.

i don't understand how you don't see chaos warp as a top 10 Red EDH card, it's one of the incredibly few red cards that can get rid of enchantments, it's great for forcing a commander into the worse place it could possibly be being the library itself, sure it might turn that 4/4 creature into something worse but it also buys you a turn (if you're chaos warping a 4/4 to survive you're on the brink of death anyways) and last but not least if things are looking real bad for you, you could chaos warp one of your own possibly useless creatures like a 1/1 token for something potentially deadly.

What is your think against cards that don't interact with your opponent isn't the point to get off quick and near uncounterable combos or big creatures and things of the like
