I worked in a max security prison for 20 yrs. This kid probably won't survive 5 yrs in. Unless his famiy puts hundreds a week on his books so he can buy a shit load of commissary for security. But sometimes the viscious crime, money still doesn't work.

This question may be irrelevant Why was this guy still in highschool at 20 years old? They're talking about him being a promising football player. Hell he should have already been in college playing a couple years. That would have been my first red flag.

I don't really understand why people think the parents should be arrested as well? Seriously we all do our best to bring our kids but you know we have no control over mental health. I don't believe in that that parents should be punished. We as parents try to teach and guide our children the best we can. The parents are going to be punished enough with their son in prison for life. The parents did not commit the crime. Yes he does deserve to go to jail for Life yes. But he also needs help. I've mixed feelings with these kind of things. If the child was brought up in a dysfunctional home and witnessed a lot of violence within the home then I would say that would be a different story. But if there were no issues in the home then these parents should not be responsible. Just my opinion.
