This was a fun one! I first thought I might have a problem wrapping my head around this constraint, but the puzzle flowed very smoothly for me, finishing in just 1:36! Many thanks to ChinStrap for the lovely puzzle, and to Rangsk for presenting it!

Complex rules are interesting, but challenging in remembering them. I saw a couple things before you, but there are generally multiple solve paths. Nice job!

Very fun rule. Like how the local anti-king constraint creates a unique flow without an (overly powerful) global constraint.

7:23 for me. I kept the conflict checker on. It wasn't a bug when you turned it off. If 3 was in R6C4 it would touch the 3 northwest of it so the checker was right to flag it.
