Hey Matt, as someone who has done several youth academy saves this year, I'd say coaches are necessary, but should be limited to 1-2 per position to keep a somewhat realistic rate of growth. Can't wait to see more of this series mate!

Thihk coaches should be allowed as they are a part of player growth in FC 24. Feels like the game is sorta built around them. Regardless, pumped for the new series!

Put a developement plan on them all, to stimulate their growth so when they are ready they will be up in rating

Chech their potential in the squad hub mate, and check if you can convert them to a different position, maybe their overall will grow

Use training plans, definitely! Use coaches only if you really want to, though. I would like it with both or with only training plans.

Matt love the idea of the youth. But use coaches tactics training programs and block offers via the squad hub and transfer list the ones who are older best way than blocking in emails

Make sure to change players positions to make the most of their ratings - game always puts CBS at 45 rated but in CM they are close to 60
