Steve, You have hit the nail on the head again.  I have had a number of major life changes in the last few years, all leading to this moment in time where I find myself not accountable to anyone but myself. I've had several rewarding careers but no longer have a boss, students, clients, customers or patrons to serve.  My kids are grown and doing their own thing.  It's all quite lovely to be at this place in my life, yet, there is that daily challenge to be motivated, to get my hustle on and create something  awesome for myself.  Serving others clearly involves accountability...but for some reason lately I don't seem to think being accountable to myself is worth my time.  To be honest, its really got me down. Your strategy is a good one & a sound one that I have been contemplating.  Now the challenge is to find someone who is up to the job.  Thanks for the kick in the butt Steve, I needed

Whether I need her to be or not, she makes sure I'm always Accountable. LOL
