Curse of the Youtube algorithm, I'm a bit lost here though curious about the process of roasting coffee. Your notes mention "demonstrate the steps we take to remove foreign objects". I did not see a demo, but you did discuss the process. Is that what you meant?
And can you recommend a better video on the subject of roasting to start with?
