There's nothing wrong about what he said. He has a point! The one who's in the wrong is those fck*ng toxic army. I used to be an army actually and i stopped being one because this fandom is just too toxic. I totally agree with what Jay Park said. Both BTS and Jay Park became legends in their own way, both have totally different styles in music, and Jay Park never throw hates on BTS nor Army.

Incase you don't know BTS loves him frl. And that's probably why they do. I've seen armys chatting with him and supporting his music through social media.
And there's a shout out he gave to BTS where he called them legends through his rap.
Jhope of BTS was invited to JP's Drive. They really are close friends.

I am not a big jaypark fan but he wasn't being disrespectful here he was stating facts . BTS success is huge and yes their impact in the Korean entertainment and economy is really big but that does not mean they invented k-pop by any means . Some of u army's need to chill out, k-pop has been big even before BTS, the entirety of 2nd gen idols and idols before them had achieved so much, k-pop was on it's way to international stardom . BTS success came at the right time - the wide spread internet access helped to spread their name across the world . Their impact is undeniable but the collective effort of other artists can't be forgotten . Like he said jaypark has done a lot for the k hiphop community, love him or hate him but this is a fact.

I think there are too many toxic armies who start to hate anyone who says "BTS.." and then don't praise them in the same way they would. What Jay said in his tweets is true. Both BTS and Jay Park have made history in their own way bc tbh they produce different type of music and when he says "not all korean music is BTS" he is simply saying that korean music is not only kpop, there's khiphop, krnb, krap.... People should start to stop hating someone just bc they don't love the same things we love. My parents don't like BTS but do I hate them? No bc they are my parents and they have different music taste from me. Let's just chill and enjoy the music these 2 legends give us. Peace and love ❤️✌️💜

So confused. He didn't say anything bad. To be exact he even praised them for breaking records and even say they are historic.
For the thing about not all KPOP is BTS, It's true. Because BTS is part of KPOP but KPOP at all isn't just BTS.
And the thing about one of the post, he just simply explain that KPOP is diff from KHH or K-films.

Jay park is an easy target for hate, he doesn't even shade bts for anything but then his words are twisted to some dvmb ARMYs, tbh whats wrong with his tweet saying " ppl thought he was bts at the plane" it was even appreciating BTS like if you're not native english speaker you wouldn't get what he meant by that, and the other SS saying " not all korean songs are BTS" bec the kids thought he was a bts member, and he just kinda explain that there's a lot of korean artists who creates good music too and not only bts, ppl stop cancelling this man, everything he said and do you always twist it

I think at this point every artist in the world should step down and give every single award and credit to BTS then some army's can sleep peacefully.
