Total 66 ATP is required sir
18ATP+12NADPH2=54ATP in C3 cycle
12 ATP required to convert pyruvic acid to PEP
So total 54+12=66 ATP required

As 66 ATP are required to prepare one glucose molecule following C4 cycle by a plant while 54 ATP are required in C3 plants to prepare one glucose... So in C4 exhausts more energy as compare to C3 so y we say that C4 plants are more efficient in photosynthesis?
