I have taken notes about interactions with women and instances where they made eye contact ect and my conclusion was this.

If a woman's eyes keep falling on you. It's for a reason. Some are my confident and will hold your gaze and even smile n say hi . Some will be very shy look away fast but will look again in a short time. Some will even blank stare. The point is wether she is blank staring or staring and smiling. Is that her eyes are still falling on you. We look at things we find attractive more so than not.

happening to me right now and done 1.5 years. sickest thing that ever happened to me. very beautiful girl. we can stand and look at each other for 30 seconds from a distance. we make eye contact regularly during our gym sessions. she lets her hair out. comes to the gym extra nice. started walking the same times as me. she turns around only to see me. but she never says hello or looks at me when we meet up close. I've started saying hello even though she's not looking at me. she just says hello and smiles without looking at me. 2 weeks ago she came up and trained next to me. we talk 5 min. it flowed well and she tried to impress me. had prolonged eye contact. met her yesterday and was just like usual.. treat me like air when i was near.

I think same is happening to me at gym and I'm terrified to say anything in case I'm imagining things. How long can the staring last before it gets creepy? I really need to learn to handle rejection, that's why I don't try, and weird thing is I was married and now separated, you'd think I'd have learnt a few things. i remember at my old job in retail. there was this girl who i thought was cute pretty attractive. i was certain she felt the same. we wouldn't really lock eyes in the beggning. i would glance at her when she was in the store every now and then but then again lots of good looking woman came in. but i just had a feeling she liked me. i would sense her staring at me out the corner of my eye at times. she came around my area were i was working once. could have been coindecnce but when we looked eyes she just had this look. some say politness but i saw something else, ( she was on her phone talking to someone lol i was still younger and not as smart about moves now. if we locked eyes randomly at times though she wouldn't hold it long.

The same thing is happening to me with this co worker the past 3 months. She’s knew to the job.
