What do you do when several children do not stop talking or refuse to get in line? I understand a teacher can practice during class over and over, but what if you’re an assistant and they are handed to you?

Thank you so much ..it's wonderful ideas. Can you give some ideas for cubby area..as specially in winter time kids take long time to get ready ..and make so much noice during that transition.
