Rational SCCWE Combi Oven is not cleaning (Service 25)

Service Error 25 is the most common problem on the SCC range, and on the newer CM_P range.
One of the most important "fixes “ is making sure your software is up to date.
Make sure with every visit that you have the latest software with you.

Love Rationals they are basically self diagnosing, once your in the engineers mode you can test everything, I work on a ton of these machine the worse are the small 61 models as there's no room as everything is just squashed in there to make it fit. 👊

the most complicated oven Ive ever seen-- I went to there week long training class out in Chicago, learned a ton but to this day Ive never gotten to work on one so ive lost most of that info

Great Video. Did you already know the pump was bad for the video? I only ask since you had a pump on hand to swap out. I know you're in Canada. Here in the lower states it takes some time to get those parts. I watch all your videos. You do great work. I am mostly a refrigeration guy, but my customers are asking for more and more. I never worked on a combi oven ever. Looks like i need some factory training. Any infor regarding that would be most appreciated.

Tim hortons model has a different screen. The one I'm dealing with aborts during the cleaning cycle. Maybe this is the same problem??
